This zoo is OLD. So are the animals, yet I still get excited to go. I packed up the boys and picked up Melissa (Brett's "friend" from Arizona who was really cool) and met up with Mel Gainor at the zoo. We enjoyed the windy weather and animals. Cooper LOVED the albino alligator. Who knew? We had a close encounter with the giraffe. The elephants were fun and the black bear was putting on a show. It was a great adventure day.
